SIMAR SIDHU
Due to the made-to-order and customised nature of our garments, we follow a strict no-return policy, except in rare cases of in-transit damage or manufacturing defects.
Return Eligibility
- No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted for:
- Made-to-order pieces
- Custom-stitched or customised garments

Size issues or personal preference
Damaged or Defective Products
We only accept returns in case of major manufacturing defects or damage during transit.
To be eligible:
- A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory
- The package must:
- Be unopened
- Have no cuts or edits
- Remain fully in frame at all times
- Clear photos and the video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery
Requests without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Return Request Timeline
Return requests must be raised within 6 days of delivery.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval
Return Shipping
- If a return is approved due to a major defect, return shipping will be borne by SIMAR SIDHU
- Otherwise, return shipping (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer
